The Franklin Hall is a community building and independent charity funded by the hire and subletting of space within the building to groups and individuals (for more information, see the history of Franklin Hall). The spaces for hire are the main hall, conference room and lounge area. A fully equipped kitchen and serving area is also available, which can accommodate a mobile bar if required. The building has full disability access.

Hall for Hire in Spilsby

The Main Hall can accommodate up to 300 people and features underfloor heating, a pull down projector screen and microphone and speaker system with hearing loop. It is hired by a number of groups on a regular basis for keep fit classes, bowls, bingo, karate, badminton, yoga, wildlife talks and much more (see the calendar below). We also use this space to host various events, charity functions, coffee mornings, conferences, dances and parties. The Main Hall is also available for private functions such as children’s parties and wedding receptions.

Conference Room

The Conference Room can accommodate up to 50 people and is perfect for meetings, training and smaller groups. It also features a pull down projector screen.

Lounge Area

The lounge area is our most affordable space suitable for smaller meetings or it can be hired alongside the Main Hall for functions that require catering and/or refreshment.
