Spilsby in Lincolnshire UK |
From the Community for the Community. |
This website seeks to promote the Town of Spilsby in Lincolnshire. It hoped to be both informative and attractive. The Website is financed primarily by the businesses of the town. The Webmaster thanks all those who helped in the creation of this Site; in particular David Pleming, of Peter David Photography, Mark Tong, of E. J. Tong & Sons, Gerald Rose who took many of the photographs and Cliff Preston for help with pictures and publicity. All have given very helpful comments and advice. Thank you also to the Town Council for the letters of reference and support. The Town Clerk and Mayor of Spilsby (2000/2001), Councilor Peter Grant, have been most encouraging and gave practical support in getting the project off the ground. Thank you also to Eileen Chantry of Burgh le Marsh, who edited 'Focus on Spilsby.' If you are in business, whether large of small, or
are a club or voluntary organisation in the Spilsby area then you are
welcome to be part of this community website.
