| Helsey House Cottages are situated within the private grounds of
Helsey House in the hamlet of Helsey near Hogsthorpe on the North
East Lincolnshire coast. We are 5 minutes from Chapel
St Leonards and 15 minutes from Alford. Each cottage has been
converted from original cattle stalls belonging to the dairy farm.
They have been furnished to the highest standard whilst maintaining
original features and character of the buildings. There is ample parking
in the grounds.
There
is a private south facing courtyard garden for exclusive use of
guests which is equipped with seating and barbecues. Each cottage
has a selection of games and books as well as TV, DVD player and
hi-fi systems.
The Cow Shed – offers one
double and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with shower
over bath. The open plan living area overlooks the courtyard garden
and the paddock to the rear.
The Dairy – offers one double
and one twin bedded room and a family bathroom with bath and separate
shower with wheelchair access. The twin room will sleep 5 on request
with the addition of bunk beds. The open plan living area overlooks
the courtyard garden.
A cot and a high chair are available on request.
Central heating/electricity included in the rent (£10 per
week supplement in winter). All linens and towels provided. Please
bring your own beach towels. Smoke free zone.
